Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving week allows us, the team members and coaches of the Grady HS Speech and Debate Team, to look back at the season so far and gaze upon that success from a different perspective. While we don’t mean to do so, we sometimes forget to thank those individuals who have given so much of their time and talents. So many people have helped us to achieve the levels of success we are experiencing. I want to give a special thanks to parents and volunteers who have judged, driven, chaperoned, donated and assisted with team events this year. I am particularly thankful to be working with Lisa Willoughby, an amazing coach and teacher. As for Brandon Sheats and Matt Johnson, well, what can I say. Your time and efforts are very much appreciated- we couldn’t do it without you!
