From Wake Forest: Sunday Morning
The results are in from Octos in Policy and JV Lincoln-Douglas Debate. Demarius Walker picked up on a 2-1 decision. In Policy, juniors Minh Lam and Bree Gray-Jordan dropped to College Prep from California.

NFL Posts Opening Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum Resolutions
The National Forensics League has released the first Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum topics of the year, a return for LD, and free speech in PF.
A visit to the recycling bin, the September/October resolution is:
Resolved: A just society ought not use the death penalty as a form of punishment.
The September resolution for Public Forum debate is:
Resolved: That the Fairness Doctrine should be reinstated.

BREAKING NEWS: LD breaks released, Helsel in pool
Wichita, KS–
The breaks have been posted in Lincoln-Douglas debate, and graduated senior John Helsel is in the pool. This follows on the heels of multiple national appearances at the Barkley Forum, UNM Round Robin, Wake National Earlybird, Florida Blue Key, Harvard, and the NCFL Nationals in Houston.
